He has operated warehouses, distribution centres and transport operations managing large teams through strategic transformation, operational excellence and business improvement change. He also brings extensive experience in Network Design, including deploying and using AIMMs into a global telco and using it to optimise the travel time of nearly 30k engineers. He has a passion for sustainable supply chain, using Network Design tools to model and reduce carbon emissions.

Paul is the Product Owner for Network Design at AIMMS.  He has a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and 25 years of experience in Supply Chain Network Design and planning.  Paul has worked in a number of roles including functional, consulting, software, sales, managerial and executive roles during his career, and has been involved in 60+ cycles of network design at different levels over the years.
