Tobey Gonnerman is the President of Fusion Worldwide. Over his 17-year tenure, he has worked in several leadership roles within the trading organization and has played an integral part in the company’s global expansion. Tobey is an industry veteran with 25 years of experience shaping and building global teams in both purchasing and sales.  He is a recognized leader within the independent technology distribution space and possesses considerable international management expertise.  In 2019 he was recognized as Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s Practitioner Pros to Know and he holds a BA in political science from Plymouth State University.

Laura studied Retail and Product management at University. Following her successful graduation she was offered an executive trainee role at Harrods. From here she developed her understanding of the whole business before being selected to join the buying team for the largest spend category in the store. Her role grew and her exposure to the senior management team and owner at the time saw her recognised for sales support of the year.

In 2003 she joined a start-up company as Operations Manager in her lifestyle passion of travelling and wildlife to coordinate and run 3 successful dedicated wildlife cruises from the UK later covered by the BBC Wildlife magazine.

Laura joined Skanska Construction in 2007 where she held positions of increasing levels of responsibility. Laura’s success in this environment was highlighted by being selected for the Female Mentor Programme where she was mentored by the Executive Vice President. Working on high profile contracts with National Grid Laura developed her stakeholder management skills.

In 2013 Laura joined McCarthy and Stone as Procurement Director where she worked under a leading global investment company and accountable for the transformation, development, management and operation of the Procurement strategy. During her time at McCarthy and Stone she delivered a 20% improvement to the companies EBITDA and transformed the Procurement department from a transactional and reactive based culture to a strategic department that was recognised for adding value to the organisation.

Recognising her strengths in driving change in the Procurement function Laura formed F3 Consultants to assist other companies in their journey to realise the value of Procurement. Laura has a particular specialism in implementing category management and developing teams.

Laura has recently been appointed the Chair of the CIPS Senior Construction Leaders Group, she is looking forward to driving a real step change in the industry and raising the profile of Procurement in the Construction Sector.

Alexandra Hammond

In her role at NHS England and Improvement, Alexandra is responsible for the delivery of supply chain decarbonisation across the NHS’s 80,000 suppliers, and work with the supply chain, NHS Trusts, and the wider system to deliver meaningful change. In addition to working towards net zero carbon, the work she lead seeks to stamp out modern slavery in the healthcare supply chain, as well as deliver social value and ensure local communities benefit from health care spend.


Alexandra is a sustainability and net zero carbon specialist who has led on embedding net zero and sustainable development across several organisations, including the South East London Integrated Care System (ICS), Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust and the health system of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

Dunc Lowe

CSCO, Campari

Duncan Lowe is Head of Global Supply Chain in Campari Group. He has held leadership responsibilities for over 25 years in multinational companies across Asia, Europe, North America and Latin America.
In the previous 10 years he has been working for PepsiCo covering a leading role in the Global Supply chain function.
Before joining Pepsico he worked for Associated British Foods in a wide range of roles including Supply Chain, M&A, Project Management and Sales. Dunc holds a Chemical Engineering and Finance Degree from the University of Loughborough in the UK.
