Leading the overall Omni Channel Last Mile Strategy, digital transformation, growth, and operations road map; which involves huge cross functional collaboration across senior executive levels, international markets and business areas such as tech, product, finance, strategic sourcing, marketing, Omni Ops, legal, compliance and customer support; in order to bring Walmart’s Omni last mile to the next level.

Responsible for leading Walmart eCommerce competitiveness as it relates to the depth and variety of Omni Channel service offerings, end to end delivery strategy and road map; customer and driver partners experience, last mile delivery budget and investment plans; and creating highly innovative partnerships and business development with driver partners, crowdsource service platforms/providers and other third-party service providers.
