One of the founders of the “+ Emotional Energy@work” initiative (> 3500 followers) which aims to foster emotional energy & Intelligence to reach higher engagement, performance and well-being at work in the leading aerospace company.
He is a recognized expert in emotional intelligence in Operations. He has performed lectures worldwide at some of the World’s Top 100 Universities and major Supply chain & Manufacturing summit events.
