Greg Harris is the Co-Founder and CEO of Quantum Workplace. Harris leads Quantum Workplace, a U.S.-based leader in employee success software. Harris designed the first city-by-city Best Places to Work list in partnership with a network of newspapers. Harris guided Quantum Workplace as it grew from an engagement survey platform to a full suite of employee engagement, performance management, and analytics tools. The Quantum Workplace suite enables employers to measure employee engagement, set and track organizational goals, and facilitate strategic talent initiatives to drive employee, team, and business success.
Harris graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a degree in Political Science. His first start-up aimed to supply workplace survey data to the investment management industry. He is married with four children and lives in Omaha, Nebraska. Harris chairs the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Nebraska.
